Compensated Work Therapy Program (CWT)

Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) is a vocational rehabilitation program that endeavors to match and support work ready Veterans in competitive jobs, and to consult with business and industry regarding their specific employment needs. We are part of STVHCS, within Psychology Service. CWT is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is a member of the U.S. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (USPRA).

Our main focus is helping Veterans develop positive work habits and behaviors which will assist them in securing and maintaining employment. The CWT program also provides individual and group vocational counseling and guidance for disabilities and career choices. Work readiness, job placement and career counseling are also available to all Veterans who enter the program.
