South Texas Veterans Health Care System is fully operational. The Victoria Outpatient Clinic (VOPC) previously scheduled appointments for Thursday, August 31 and September 1 have been cancelled. Victoria OPC will be available for patient walk-in to address immediate issues on Thursday, August 31 and Friday, September 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  

Veterans with health-related concerns or questions are encouraged to call the Telecare Hotline at 1-888-686-6350.
