The MOVE! Walking Group's Goals:

To provide an indoor walking activity for Veterans enrolled in the MOVE! Program.

To provide an additional MOVE! coaching session with one of STVHCS MOVE! coaches.

To encourage walking as part of a Veteran's Weight Management Program.

To help Veterans lose weight, keep it off, and improve their health.
